As your broker, Lundy Insurance Inc acts as your advocate, reviewing your insurance need to provide you with the best possible insurance protection, advice, and above all, consistently high levels of customer service. Brokerage compensation is part of your insurance premium. For your information, we have listed all personal and commercial insurers we represent in Ontario, with the compensation each provides as a percentage of your overall premium.

When it is in the best interests of the client, we will arrange coverage through specialist intermediaries not listed above. These suppliers also pay us a commission, usually at a rate that is lower than the insurers listed.  It is our intention to disclose our total compensation.

These commissions are paid annually for new business and renewals. If there is an increase in the commission schedule or any other material change that affects compensation arrangements, we will notify you.

In order for us to maintain strong relationships with quality insurers, we work with each to provide the type of business they desire.  The insurers with asterisk noted above recognize our efforts through a contingent commission contract.   Payment of this depends on the combination of growth, profitability, volume, retention and increased services.
